- Access to resources such as workout videos, nutrition guides, and community support (where applicable). Services are delivered remotely, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with notice, where feasible.2. Eligibility To use our services, you must:-- Be at least 15 years old. Minors require parental consent and supervision.
- Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and registrations.
- Be physically capable of participating in fitness activities, or consult a medical professional before starting.3. Client Responsibilities you agree to:-- Provide truthful information about your health, fitness level, and lifestyle to ensure safe and effective coaching.
- Follow the provided fitness and nutrition plans to the best of your ability, understanding that results vary based on adherence and individual factors.
- Notify us immediately of any health issues, injuries, or concerns that may affect your participation.
- Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.4. Payment Terms:-Our coaching programs may require payment for services beyond the free consultation. Payment terms include:- Fees: Program fees will be communicated upfront via email or WhatsApp. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or third-party platforms like Razorpay
- Due Date: Payments are due before the start of each coaching cycle (e.g., monthly or per program).
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.6. Intellectual Property:-All content provided by Abhishek Jain Fitness, including workout plans, nutrition guides, videos, and website materials, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as part of your coaching program. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without our written consent.7. Limitation of Liability:-Our services are provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:- We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your participation in our programs. You participate at your own risk and should consult a medical professional before starting.
- We are not responsible for results not achieved, as outcomes depend on your adherence and individual factors.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.8. Third-Party Services:-Our services may involve third-party platforms, including:- Carrd (website hosting and forms)- WhatsApp (communication)- X (social media)Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for their performance or practices.9. Termination:-We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
